Booking with Bellavista

Please view our availability calendar before filling in the booking form above.

Bookings may be made over the phone, by e-mail or using our online booking form. No deposit is required when booking. We ask that guests confirm they will be honouring their booking three weeks before their arrival date.

All major credit and debit cards accepted.

Arrival times

When booking accommodation please let us know how you are travelling to Orkney and state an estimated arrival time. If expecting to be later than the agreed time please let us know. We monitor arrival times for ferries and planes and are aware then when guests will arrive later than planned.

The last boat arrives 11pm. Guests must inform Angela or Patsy if they intend to arrive by this boat when they make their initial booking. If on foot a taxi should be booked in advance, if guests have their own car please make sure you read the directions from the ferry to Bellavista.

Guests are asked to observe the 10am checkout on morning of their departure.

Cancellations

We operate a forty-eight hour cancellation policy applicable from 16:00, two days prior to arrival. If we are successful in rebooking the room there will be no charge. Later cancellations will result in a charge of the first night's accommodation.
