Bellavista Guest House is a purpose built, family run Guest House in a quiet, peaceful area of Kirkwall, Orkney. Bellavista is situated near the shore and is a 5 minute car journey or 15-20 minute shore hugging walk from Kirkwall harbour.
Accommodation comprises of 4 Twin Rooms, 3 Double Rooms and a Triple Room.
The Guest Lounge, Breakfast Room, Laundry Room, one Twin Room and two Double Rooms are all situated on the Ground Floor.
Full Cooked or Cold Breakfast, Buffet Breakfast served in the Breakfast Room. Light Breakfast is a self service breakfast in the Guest Lounge which can be taken at any time.
The Guest Lounge is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes and a table and chairs for guests to make snacks to themselves.
Bellavista has its own large private off-street carpark.
Throughout the Guest House we have free WiFi.
Bellavista has a Guest Laundry equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an outside drying area. Washing powder and softener is provided. £4.00 for either a wash or dry, £8.00 for both.
