Booking with Bellavista

Please check availability before filling in the above form to ensure we have space on your preferred dates. Bookings may be made online, over the phone, by e-mail or using our form above. We ask that guests confirm they will be honouring their booking three weeks before their arrival date.

Arrival times

When booking accommodation please let us know how you are travelling to Orkney and state an estimated arrival time. If expecting to be later than the agreed time please let Sandra know.

The last boat arrives 11pm. Guests must inform Sandra if they intend to arrive by this boat when they make their initial booking. If on foot a taxi should be booked in advance, if guests have their own car please make sure you read the directions from the ferry to Bellavista.

Guests are asked to observe the 10am checkout on morning of their departure.

Cancellations

We operate a 14 days cancellation policy applicable from 16:00, 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this period will be charged in full.
