Our Bellavista Orkney Bed & Breakfast Guest Lounge is located on the ground floor with views towards the sea.

As well as a place to relax, it has the facilities to store food and refreshments in the fridge freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also a television with DVD player, DVDs, books, games and jigsaws for guests to enjoy.

With having a table and chairs in the lounge, Guests are able to prepare their own meals, snacks or enjoy a take-away at a time which suits them throughout the day and into the evening.

  • The Bellavista is a 5 minute car journey out the centre of Kirkwall. The rooms are warm (visiting in November) and comfortable and have plenty of facilities (aircon/heating, tea/coffee/hot chocolate). Sandra is very helpful and can accommodate any request. Her breakfast is also superb. Really good full Scottish with good produce. I would highly recommend the Bellavista.“

It has everything you could want and if you couldn’t find something or needed anything, Sandra is there to help. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful with a wide choice of hot and cold food.
