Booking with Bellavista

Bookings may be made over the phone, by e-mail or using our online booking form. No deposit is required when booking. We ask that guests confirm they will be honouring their booking three weeks before their arrival date.

All major credit and debit cards accepted.

Arrival times

When booking accommodation please state an estimated arrival time. If expecting to be later than agreed time please let us know.

The last boat arrives 11pm. Guests must inform Angela or Patsy if they intend to arrive by this boat when they make their initial booking.

Guests are asked to observe the 10am checkout on morning of their departure.

Cancellations

We operate a forty-eight hour cancellation policy applicable from 16:00, two days prior to arrival. If we are successful in rebooking the room there will be no charge. Later cancellations will result in a charge of the first night's accommodation.

No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.

You can use the online booking form to inquire about the availability of dates, accommadation type and also ask any questions you may have too.

Form field definitions

1. Name

   We need to know your full name before we can proceed with the booking process. This form entry is required.

2. Email

   We need a current, properly formatted Email address to contact you back. So please remember to be careful when typing your email addresses. This form entry is required.

3. Telephone

   Supplying a telephone number, (Land line or Mobile), is the fastest way to secure your booking. This field is optional, so you don't have to fill it in if you prefer not to.

4. Accommodation type

   You must indicate which type of room you are interested in: Single, Twin, Double or Family room accommodation. This form entry is required.

5. Dates

   We need to know the exact dates you are interested in staying at Bellavista Guest House. please use the following format: 08 January 2008 - 14 January 2008. This form entry is required.

6. Questions

   In this optional field, you can ask a question you feel we've not covered, or tell us about a special requirement you may have. We are eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please tell us how we can help you.
